Maintenance Works Supervisor

About the job

As a maintenance works supervisor in the Nijmegen region, you are responsible for carrying out renovation and maintenance projects. You connect residents, clients, tradespeople and subcontractors, and you keep track of the schedule, quality and safety.

What you'll do

• You take in work orders and turn them into a practical plan.
• You plan people, materials and resources, and you prepare the work documentation.
• You manage tradespeople and subcontractors with clear direction.
• You stay in contact with residents and clients and keep them informed.
• You spot problems, make decisions and improve processes.

What we ask

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in construction.
• An MBO diploma (Dutch intermediate vocational qualification) or proven work experience.
• Experience in planning, organising and coordinating construction work.
• Previous experience as a team leader or works supervisor in residential maintenance, renovation or similar construction projects.
• Able to communicate clearly and with empathy towards residents, colleagues and clients.
• Quality- and solution-focused, with a clear sense of responsibility.

What we offer

• Salary from €4,800 to €6,200 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, paid every four weeks.
• 25 holiday days plus extra ATV days (additional time-off days under the Dutch collective labour agreement).
