Logistics Coordinator

About the job

As a logistics coordinator, you make sure all logistics processes run smoothly. You are on the shop floor every day, you support your colleagues when needed, and you keep track of progress. In this role, you are the link between the production floor and the different departments in the organisation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support employees in the logistics department
• Work together with production, planning, and administration
• Receive and check incoming goods
• Check quantities, quality, and any damage
• Register goods receipts in the system
• Manage the internal flow of goods and materials
• Monitor stock levels and packaging materials
• Carry out stock counts and periodic inventory checks
• Identify ways to improve logistics processes

What we ask

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or freight forwarding
• Coordination or supervisory experience is a plus
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Organised and accurate way of working
• Good communication skills
• A proactive attitude and a focus on solutions
• A qualification or thinking level at MBO standard (Dutch intermediate vocational education)

• Gross salary of €3,000 to €3,800 per month based on 40 hours per week
• 25 holiday days and 13 ADV days (reduced working hours days) in line with the cao (CAO, collective labour agreement)
