About the job
Cleaning job at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Both part-time and full-time hours are available. You can earn up to €23.28 gross per hour. If you work well, there is a chance of a permanent contract.
What you'll do
- Clean and maintain all toilet facilities, both before and after passport control (women's, men's and accessible toilets)
- Empty bins and keep the area looking neat and tidy
- Mop and sweep floors on a regular basis
- Carry out various other cleaning tasks, so your day stays varied
- Welcome passengers and visitors in a friendly way as a representative of Schiphol Airport
What we ask
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Available at least 3 days a week
- Living in the Netherlands for more than 8 years (this is required to get a Schiphol security pass)
What we offer
- Base rate €15.52 gross per hour (from age 21), up to €23.28 per hour
- Supplements: 130% on weekday evenings (last 45 minutes of the shift) and at night, and 150% at weekends
- Pay every Tuesday, or every 4 weeks
- Travel costs: €0.14 per km (maximum €8.40 per day), or full reimbursement (100%) of public transport costs if you have a monthly travel card
- 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your wage)
- 25 days of holiday (based on full-time hours)
