About the job
Join the e-commerce team of our client and help fulfil online orders during the busiest time of the year. This is a temporary job for about 5 weeks. You work in a clean, well-organised warehouse. After the project ends, there is a chance of further work.
What you'll do
- Pick orders using a handheld scanner
- Collect products from different locations in the warehouse
- Check that picked orders are correct
- Pack products carefully for shipping
- Work in a two-shift system: morning shift 07:00-16:00 or evening shift 15:00-00:00
What we ask
- Your own accommodation in the Netherlands (accommodation is not provided)
- Good level of English or Dutch
- Available for about 5 weeks
- Available for both shifts (morning and evening) depending on operational needs
- Willing to work weekends during busy periods
- Careful and accurate in your work
What we offer
- Temporary work for about 5 weeks
- Gross hourly rate €16.12 (including ADV, a Dutch reduction-of-working-hours allowance)
- Shift allowances: +25% between 18:00 and 22:00, +50% between 22:00 and 00:00, +100% on Sundays (up to €23.68 gross per hour)
- One paid training day before you start
- Travel costs reimbursed
- 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory Dutch supplement paid on top of your wages)
