Logistics Worker Preload (part-time)

About the job

As a Preload logistics worker in Apeldoorn, you start your day early and active in a logistics centre. This is a part-time job with a lot of variety, good employment conditions, and the chance to grow within an international logistics organisation.

What you'll do

• Unload and load trucks
• Scan and sort parcels weighing up to 25 kg
• Stack and prepare shipments for transport
• Work together with the team on the floor
• Keep the workplace safe and tidy
• Work in shifts (morning and afternoon/evening): morning shift from 03:00 to 08:15, afternoon shift from 16:30 to 21:00
• Adapt flexibly to changing workloads

What we ask

• VMBO level of education (Dutch secondary vocational education, roughly equivalent to lower secondary school)
• 0 to 1 year of experience in logistics, a warehouse, or as a floor worker
• At least 18 years old
• Driving licence
• Available five evenings per week
• Dutch or English language skills
• Physically fit enough to lift parcels up to 25 kg
• Able to provide a VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, a Dutch certificate of good conduct) within 6 weeks of starting

What we offer

• Salary from €2,550 to €2,800 gross per month, depending on experience
• ADV supplement (a Dutch work-time reduction allowance) of €0.21 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Travel cost reimbursement from 5 km
