Warehouse Worker (allround)

About the job

As an allround warehouse worker you handle a variety of warehouse tasks in Waalwijk. You work in a well-organised warehouse together with three colleagues. You make sure parts are found and issued quickly and smoothly.

What you'll do

• Receiving, checking and registering incoming goods, and putting materials in the right place
• Picking parts for the in-house workshop and booking them out using a barcode scanner
• Taking part in collecting ordered parts from suppliers in the Waalwijk area
• Unloading trucks and delivery vans
• Carrying out the annual stock count and keeping stock records accurate
• Packing parcels, preparing them for shipment to customers, and delivering them when needed
• Doing administrative work such as confirming orders by phone and keeping track of agreed delivery dates
• Dividing tasks with colleagues and working in different locations within and outside the company

What we ask

• 0 to 3 years of work experience
• Valid forklift certificate
• Valid VCA certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certificate for working in warehouses and industrial environments)
• Ability to unload trucks and delivery vans safely
• Accurate, independent and taking initiative
• Willing to work together with colleagues, suppliers and the in-house workshop

What we offer

• Gross salary of €2,800 to €3,800 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience
