About the job

You work as a painter on different projects in the province of Groningen, mainly around Hoogezand. Day to day you work in a pair or a larger team. The client operates in several sectors and is looking for painters for projects in real estate and maintenance of private buildings. You can choose from new construction, property maintenance, private jobs, and listed or historic buildings.

What you'll do

• Prep work: cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming
• Painting inside and outside buildings, using different types of paint, lacquer, and materials
• Working carefully and delivering a clean, finished result
• Clear communication with clients and colleagues

What we ask

• Proven work experience as a painter
• Category B driving licence and own transport (preferred)
• Basic VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for construction workers), or willingness to get it at no cost to you
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow through on agreements
• A positive attitude and willingness to keep developing your skills

What we offer

• Pay in line with CAO SAVG (the collective labour agreement for the painting trade): €17.00 to €23.50 gross per hour, based on 37.5 hours per week
