About the job
As a workshop mechanic, you make sure machines, equipment and vehicles are always ready to use. You learn the trade on the job and gradually become an all-round mechanic. The work is in Badhoevedorp, for a client that works in underground infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Maintain, inspect and repair machines, tools and vehicles
- Diagnose faults and find practical solutions
- Carry out assembly, metalwork and construction tasks
- Coordinate with colleagues and project teams
- Work accurately, safely and with attention to the quality of the end result
What we ask
- No experience needed: motivation, a technical mindset and willingness to learn are what count
- Interest in technology, machines and hands-on maintenance
- Open to learning new skills and following safety rules
- Accurate and responsible in your work
- Good communication and ability to work in a team
- Able to work independently and see tasks through to the end
What we offer
- Pay: €2,750 to €3,250 per 4 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- 25 holiday days and 15 extra ADV days (ADV: scheduled days off as part of a reduced working hours arrangement)
