About the job
The client is a nationwide company that specialises in repairing and replacing car glass. Safety, quality and good customer service come first. New employees get proper time to learn the trade through internal training.
What you'll do
- inspect and assess damage to car glass
- repair cracks and replace glass
- explain the work to customers
- fit temporary solutions when the glass is not immediately available
- recalibrate cameras and driver assistance systems
- process work orders and keep records
- check that the completed work is correct and safe
What we ask
- category B driving licence, able to drive manual transmission
- good hand skills, attention to detail and a practical, technical approach
- comfortable with customer contact and clear communication
- good physical condition, happy to do active work
- willing to work on a Saturday a maximum of once a month
- living near Den Bosch or Tilburg
What we offer
- gross salary from €2,800 to €3,500 per month
- 25 days of annual leave
- 5 ATV days (extra time-off days, paid out in cash)
- 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus on top of your salary)
- full internal training to become an all-round service technician
- €100 gross per month extra after completing the training
- opportunity to grow, for example into a lead technician role
- travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
