Junior Gas, Water and Heat Network Installer

About the job

As a junior installer, you learn the trade on the job. You work on projects related to the energy transition and the installation of gas, water and heat networks. Your base is in Zwolle. You work in a small team. Your employer covers all training costs.

What you'll do

• Locating cables and pipes using manual methods
• Groundwork: digging, backfilling and compacting trenches
• Connecting standard network components under supervision
• Installing connections (including service connections) under supervision
• Gradually taking on more responsibility toward working independently as a general installer

What we ask

• Interest in technical work and working outdoors
• Willingness to follow a vocational training course alongside your work
• Minimum VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) level
• Category B driving licence
• Living in Overijssel or south-east Drenthe
• Motivated to grow into an independent installer

What we offer

• Starting gross salary of €2,900 to €3,200 per month
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours, depending on your preference
• 25 days of annual leave and 13 ATV days (scheduled days off as part of the CAO, the Dutch collective labour agreement) at full-time hours
• Your own company van with professional equipment and tools
• Fully paid vocational training and pay on school days
