Mechanical and Hydraulic Assembly Technician

About the job

As an assembler in the fithoek department in Alkmaar, you assemble, build and fit mechanical and hydraulic components for high-quality industrial vehicles. You work full time, 40 hours a week, on day shifts on the production floor. This is a permanent position with room to grow through additional training.

What you'll do

• Check the required parts and technical documentation at the start of each working day
• Pre-assemble structures
• Assemble hydraulic systems: pumps, hoses, valve blocks
• Check dimensions, fit and quality
• Work together with colleagues from assembly, engineering and production preparation

What we ask

• Technical MBO (Dutch vocational qualification, level 3 or 4) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical and hydraulic assembly
• Ability to read technical drawings and think in a technical way
• Precise and focused on quality
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
