About the job
You work as a W installer (ventilation, heating, cooling) on modern, sustainable systems in residential and commercial construction. You get good-quality tools, room to grow, and projects where your technical knowledge actually matters.
What you'll do
- You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on installations.
- You analyse faults and fix failures in W systems.
- You adjust installations and building management systems (BMS).
- You coordinate work with clients, project teams, and suppliers.
- You work independently and, when needed, supervise assistant installers or subcontractors.
What we ask
- A diploma in W installation at level 2 or 3, or comparable hands-on experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an installer.
- Knowledge of building management systems and communication protocols.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to work across different project sites.
- Attention to quality, safety, and proper handover of work.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and to keep developing professionally.
What we offer
- Salary up to around €4,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
