Lightning Protection Installer

About the job

As a lightning protection installer, you work on systems that are important for the safety of buildings, infrastructure and technical installations. You help with the installation, inspection and maintenance of lightning protection systems at various locations in the public, industrial and private construction sectors. You learn the trade on the job, build technical skills and work according to safety standards.

What you'll do

• Assist with the installation of lightning protection and earthing systems
• Carry out inspections and maintenance work
• Take part in installing protection solutions from foundation to roof
• Support measurements and safety checks
• Work at different locations in the public, industrial and private sectors
• Work alongside experienced installers and learn from them

What we ask

• Interest in electrical engineering or experience in technical work
• Willingness to learn and to work towards certifications
• Accuracy, awareness of safety rules and motivation to develop in the trade
• Willingness to travel to different work locations
• Category B driving licence

What we offer

• Salary from €2,400 to €3,200 gross per month
• 25 holiday days plus 13 ADV days (ADV: scheduled days off as part of a shorter working week, common in Dutch employment contracts)
• Holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) of 8.33%
