Machine Assembler / Mechanical Assembly Technician

About the job

As an assembler, you put together mechanical components and machine modules. Your job is to assemble and check parts carefully, so the finished product works without issues. You work with technical drawings and hydraulic and pneumatic systems, in a team that focuses on quality and good cooperation.

What you'll do

• Assemble mechanical parts and machine components following technical drawings
• Build modules, structures and complete machines, and check them
• Connect and test hydraulic and pneumatic components, depending on your experience
• Check dimensions, connections and alignment to make sure quality is right
• Spot and fix technical problems during the assembly process

What we ask

• MBO (vocational) level education in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
• Experience in mechanical assembly or assembly work
• Ability to read technical drawings, or willingness to learn this
• Knowledge of mechanics and a basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Precise, safety-conscious and able to solve technical problems on your own

What we offer

• Salary from €2,549.73 gross per month
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Working week of 38 to 40 hours
