Are you looking for technical work where you learn from the ground up and work both in a workshop and at customer sites? As a trainee service technician you will build knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining and repairing vacuum systems. You work alongside experienced technicians and visit customers in different sectors: residential construction, industry and shipping.
What you'll do
- Assist with installing, maintaining and repairing vacuum and pump systems
- Help find and fix technical faults
- Carry out assembly and fitting work in the workshop and at customer sites
- Learn to work with technical drawings and tools
- Support testing and commissioning of installations
- Keep customers and colleagues informed about work carried out
What we ask
- Interest in technology and a willingness to learn a technical trade
- Good communication skills and a confident manner with customers
- Willingness to work both in the workshop and at customer locations
- A category B driving licence is a plus
What we offer
- Gross salary from €2,600 to €3,200 per month at full-time hours
- Full time: 38 hours per week with fixed working hours
- Fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position after a good review
- Training and technical courses paid for by the employer
