Technical Maintenance Mechanic

About the job

You are responsible for maintaining and operating technical installations and equipment at client sites in the Arnhem region. The work includes inspections, repairs and small upgrades in building technology.

What you'll do

• Carry out technical inspections of electrical, mechanical and sanitary installations
• Diagnose and fix faults
• Perform preventive maintenance according to a set schedule
• Carry out small repairs and replace worn parts
• Record completed work in the facility management system
• Report major breakdowns to the technical coordinator
• Work together with other mechanics and subcontractors on site

What we ask

• Technical education at MBO level (MBO is a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a level 3-4 trade certificate), in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• VCA certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certification for working on industrial and construction sites), basic level, is a plus
• Category B driving licence
• Able to organise your own work
• Communicative level of English or Dutch

What we offer

• Salary from €15.50 to €20.00 gross per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
