About the job
As a transport refrigeration technician, you install, service and repair refrigeration systems in trucks, trailers and vans. Safety, order and quality come first in this workplace. You do not need a lot of experience. The opdrachtgever (the client company you work for) offers a full onboarding programme and the chance to get your F-gas certificate.
What you'll do
- Install refrigeration systems in transport vehicles
- Service and maintain refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and fix faults
- Work with different technologies: low voltage, electronics, diesel and refrigeration
- Take part in emergency standby shifts
What we ask
- Technical education at MBO level (Dutch vocational qualification), for example electrical engineering, mechatronics or automotive technology
- Knowledge of electrical engineering
- F-gas certificate is a strong advantage
- Willing to do emergency standby shifts
What we offer
- Starting salary from €3,000 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on age, experience and education
- Opportunity to get your F-gas certificate
- Travel costs reimbursed
- Extra pay for emergency standby shifts
- Employment conditions under CAO Kleinmetaal (the collective labour agreement for the small metal industry)
- Possibility of a permanent contract
