About the job
The client is a company with over 20 years of experience in industrial and garage doors. As a service installer, you travel to customers across the Netherlands and make sure their doors work properly. No two days are the same.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain and repair industrial doors: sectional doors, roller shutters, high-speed doors, folding doors, sliding doors, automatic revolving doors and garage doors
- You start at 07:00, pick up a well-equipped company van and drive on your own or with a colleague to customers across the Netherlands
- You take part in on-call emergency shifts on a scheduled basis
- You are the face of the company, your skills and attitude represent the business
- You use a company iPad and iPhone to stay in contact with the planner and to submit reports
What we ask
- Experience as a service installer or similar
- A driving licence (required to drive the company van)
- Availability for on-call emergency shifts
What we offer
- Salary from €3,500 to €4,300 gross per month, depending on knowledge, education and experience
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Company iPhone, iPad, laptop and van
- 25 days of holiday leave plus 13 ADV days (ADV: scheduled days off that reduce your working hours under Dutch CAO rules; CAO is the Dutch collective labour agreement)
- A wide range of training: various courses, personal development training and the option to earn certificates, for example a category E driving licence or VCA (VCA: Dutch safety certificate required for working in hazardous environments)
