Heating System Installer

About the job

You work as a central heating (CO) installer. You install, service and repair heating boilers of different types. You plan your own workday and help customers use energy more efficiently.

What you'll do

• You install new central heating boilers. You connect them to the gas, water, drainage and electrical systems.
• You carry out yearly technical inspections. This includes cleaning parts and adjusting the boiler.
• You find and fix faults, such as no hot water or replacing damaged parts.
• You do safety checks, including flue gas analysis and checking ventilation and drainage channels.
• You advise customers on how to use their boiler and improve energy efficiency.

What we ask

• Experience in installing or servicing heating systems (gas, hybrid or electric).
• Good practical technical skills and the ability to solve problems on your own.
• Willing to work in and around Groningen.
