Service and Maintenance Technician

About the job

You work in the Repair & Maintenance department. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the advanced machinery keeps running smoothly. You analyse breakdowns, fix them, and actively suggest improvements. You work in a modern high-tech production environment with, among other things, Siemens controllers, Fanuc robots, and cobots.

What you'll do

• Analyse and fix electrotechnical, mechanical, and control system breakdowns
• Agree on priorities with production and the maintenance planner
• Find and order spare parts
• Contact suppliers when needed
• Develop and implement temporary safe solutions
• Report progress and completed work
• Register used parts and breakdown reports in the system
• Share ideas to improve machines and spare parts management
• Work with specialist techniques such as vacuum technology and CNC

What we ask

• Completed technical education at MBO 4 level (Dutch vocational qualification) in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Experience with breakdown analysis and maintenance work
• You work independently and focus on solving problems
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in a team
• Reliable and responsible
• Willing to work in shifts in the future
