Car Glass Fitter

About the job

You work as a car glass fitter in Doetinchem. You assess glass damage, carry out repairs and replacements, and help keep customers safe on the road.

What you'll do

• Check and assess damage to car glass
• Repair and replace car glass
• Advise customers on safety, maintenance, and available options
• Fit temporary protection when the glass is not immediately available
• Calibrate and recalibrate cameras and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• Record completed work and customer details in the administration system
• Carry out checks and after-sales follow-up after repairs and replacements

What we ask

• Category B driving licence, manual gearbox, required
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies in the evenings and at weekends
• Good physical condition and ability to be active throughout the day
• Interest in technical work and attention to detail

What we offer

• Gross salary from €2,800 to €3,500 per month, depending on age and experience
• 25 days of holiday leave
• 5 ATV days paid in cash
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus)
• In-house training to become an all-round fitter
• €100 gross per month extra after completing the training
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre
• Work from one location in Doetinchem
