About the job
As a maintenance technician in Someren, you keep machines and installations running without interruptions. You use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to keep production on track. Whether it is preventive maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting, you know what to do.
What you'll do
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and installations to keep them in good condition
- Find and fix technical faults quickly to keep production downtime to a minimum
- Inspect machines and equipment regularly and spot wear or defects before they cause bigger problems
- Work with technical documentation, diagrams, and manuals to carry out repairs, modifications, and improvements correctly
- Follow health and safety rules and actively contribute to a safe workplace
What we ask
- Technical education at MBO-4 level (Dutch vocational qualification, level 4)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and electrotechnology
- Experience with maintaining and repairing machines and installations
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings and diagrams in practice
- Logical thinking and the ability to analyse faults and find effective solutions
- Accuracy and attention to detail when following health and safety regulations
