Lift and crane installer – modernisation

**About the job**

You work together with an experienced senior installer on modernising and upgrading existing lift installations. You don't need previous experience with lifts. With a technical background and an interest in the field, you'll learn lift technology on the job. You work on various projects across the Benelux and have the opportunity to grow into an independent installer.

**What you'll do**

• Modernise and upgrade existing lift installations
• Carry out electrical and mechanical work
• Adjust and replace parts and control systems
• Check and test installations
• Find and fix technical faults and problems
• Work according to safety and quality rules
• Fill in work orders and write reports
• Work with the senior installer and have contact with clients on site
• Work on various projects across the Benelux

**What we ask**

• Completed MBO level 3 or 4 (Dutch vocational education) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, installation technology or a related field
• Work experience in a technical environment, for example as an electrical installer, service engineer, mechatronics technician, installation fitter, machine builder or technical services installer
• Technical knowledge and an interest in electrical engineering
• A practical and precise way of working
• Willing to learn new techniques and take on new tasks
• VCA (Dutch safety certificate) and NEN 3140 (Dutch certificate for working with electrical systems) certificates, or willing to obtain them
• Willing to travel across the Benelux
• Good command of Dutch
• Customer-focused and able to work in a team
• Experience with lift installations is a plus, but not required

• Gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €4,100, depending on experience
• €1,000 extra bonus for holding an MBO level 3 or 4 technical diploma
