Production Worker

About the job

As a production worker, you support the production process at a company in the printing and printing inks industry near Winschoten. You work in a team of around 10 people. The atmosphere is friendly and straightforward. You can work independently and take responsibility. The role is on a two-shift schedule.

What you'll do

• Add pigments and colours to the production process
• Fill packaging with the right amount of ink
• Support colleagues with various manual and general tasks
• Break down raw materials and dispose of them
• Keep the workplace safe for yourself and your colleagues

What we ask

• Available for 40 hours a week on a two-shift schedule
• MBO 2 level of thinking or equivalent
• Forklift certificate, or willing to obtain one
• Comfortable working in a dusty and dirty environment
• Safety awareness and attention to detail

What we offer

• Salary from €2,700 to €3,200 gross per month
• Temporary contract for three months
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours across two shifts
• ADV allowance (time-reduction compensation) of 5% on top of gross salary
• Shift allowance of 12.5% on top of gross salary
• Employment conditions equal to those of staff employed directly by the client, including the same number of leave days, allowances, ADV compensation and other salary components
