Production Worker

About the job

As a production worker, you will process and handle different glass products, such as insulating glass. You work in a modern and clean production environment. You work in a 3-shift rotation and can grow by learning different positions. You work with a mixed team and have one fixed supervisor as your contact person.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up production machines: keep them running well
• Cut and process glass: precise work according to set specifications
• Bend and process aluminium profiles: take part in assembling the final products
• Carry out quality checks: verify that products meet the set standards
• Spot small defects: act early to reduce production downtime

What we ask

• Full availability (full time)
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system (shifts: 05:30-14:00, 14:00-22:30, 22:30-05:30; on Friday the late shift ends at 23:00; the night shift on Sunday starts earlier because of machine start-up)
• Experience in a production environment
• A technical mindset or experience working with machines
• Accuracy and attention to quality
• No physical limitations for manual work
• Able to work in a team
• Motivated to keep developing yourself
• Knowledge of German, English or Dutch
• Experience in the glass industry is not required

What we offer

• €19.58 gross per hour (including shift allowance)
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full time, average 38 hours per week
• Travel cost reimbursement: €0.25 per kilometre (max. 50 km one way)
• Bonus up to €2,500 gross per year based on company results

• Employment conditions equal to those of workers employed directly by the opdrachtgever (client company), including the same number of leave days, allowances, ADV pay (extra time-off compensation) and other salary components
