Production worker

About the job

As a production worker at a client company in Oosterhout, you take part in making plastic packaging used in different industries around the world. You keep the production process running smoothly. Safety, quality and efficiency come first. The 5-shift system gives you a good wage and plenty of days off.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Assemble parts for plastic packaging
• Carry out quality checks
• Check products for dimensions and finish
• Report deviations and minor defects
• Supply materials to the production line
• Support colleagues during production
• Keep the workplace clean and safe

This is a physically active job. You are on your feet and working with your hands all day.

Shift schedule (5 shifts)

• 2 morning shifts
• 2 afternoon shifts
• 2 night shifts
• then 4 days off

What we ask

• Thinking and working level equivalent to MBO 2 (a Dutch vocational qualification at basic level)
• Experience in production, logistics or technical work is a plus
• Good physical fitness and willingness to do active work
• Available to work in a 5-shift system
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
• Accuracy and attention to safety rules
• Motivation to learn new skills

Experience as a production worker, assembler, logistics worker, operator or technical worker is a plus.
