Concrete Prefab Production Worker

About the job

You work in the production of prefabricated concrete elements used in various construction projects. The work is varied, physical, and you see results every day. The position is based in Opmeer.

What you'll do

• Carry out production work based on technical drawings and work instructions
• Make sure materials are available on time for production
• Maintain and clean moulds and tools
• Check the quality of your work and report any deviations
• Report unsafe situations and keep the workplace safe
• Work together with the team and keep the workplace tidy

What we ask

• MBO level of thinking or education, preferably in a technical field
• Technical skills and preferably experience in a production environment
• Hands-on approach and good physical condition
• Motivation to grow further in the concrete industry

What we offer

• Salary from €14.99 to €17.50 gross per hour
• Travel costs reimbursed
• 25 vacation days and 12 ATV days (ATV: extra days off as part of the Dutch CAO, the collective labour agreement)
