About the job

As an Operator C, you carry a lot of responsibility in the production process. You work with complex machines and installations and make sure products are made on schedule and meet quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up and monitor complex production machines.
• Oversee the production process and respond quickly to deviations.
• Carry out quality checks on products and processes.
• Record process data and quality measurements.
• Carry out preparation and logistics tasks.
• Perform first-level maintenance on machines and installations.
• Detect and analyse technical or process faults.
• Support the technical department with more complex repairs.
• Communicate with relevant parties when there are deviations from quality or production requirements.

What we ask

• At least one year of experience in a technical or production environment.
• Available to work a 3-shift schedule.
• Willing to work according to the current shift schedule, including starting a shift on Sunday evening.
• Technical understanding and interest in machines and production processes.
• Accurate way of working, with attention to quality and safety.
• Motivated to complete an extensive internal training programme.
• Practical attitude and willing to help colleagues.
• Experience in textile production is a plus, but not required.
