CNC Operator

About the job

The client is an international company that makes advanced logistics systems, including baggage handling systems for airports and sorting systems for logistics companies. You work in the machining department in Veghel. You machine semi-finished parts on CNC machines with precision. You have a lot of say in how you organise your work, and you help less experienced colleagues.

What you'll do

• Turn and mill parts according to technical drawings
• Program and set up CNC machines
• Check and adjust machine settings
• Keep records of completed work
• Carry out maintenance on machines and tools
• Fix minor breakdowns
• Share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues

What we ask

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good knowledge of CNC software and control systems
• You work independently and accurately

What we offer

• Hourly rate from €16.58 to €22.20 gross, depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) of 8%
• Shift allowance 120%
• Work clothing and personal protective equipment
• Full-time work with the prospect of a permanent contract
• 2-shift system: early shift 04:45-13:35, late shift 13:25-23:20 (on Fridays until 17:40)
• A hot meal during the evening shift
• New building with a sports centre, physiotherapy, canteen and coffee bar
