About the job
Are you an experienced CNC operator or miller with skills in machining plastics? This role is about precision, technical knowledge, and solving production problems. You work in a modern production environment in Eindhoven on a two-shift schedule.
Working hours: two shifts, 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00. Overtime is possible when needed.
What you'll do
- Set up and optimise CNC-controlled machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications
- Check product quality during production
- Diagnose and fix programming errors and production deviations
- Work with form and position tolerances
- Improve production processes using Lean and 5S methods
- Work closely with engineers and the production team
- Report progress and production deviations
- Follow health and safety rules and use personal protective equipment correctly
What we ask
- At least 3 years of experience as a CNC miller working with plastics
- Good English; Dutch is a plus
- Experience with OneCAM / One CNC software is a plus
- Currently living in the Netherlands
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems
- Able to work independently and in an organised way
- Precise, efficient, and flexible in your approach
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
