About the job

A CNC Sheet Metal Bending Operator in Schoonhoven works with modern bending machines on a range of metal products. You bend parts according to technical drawings so the next steps in production can run without problems.

What you'll do

• Operate a bending machine or press brake on your own
• Process sheet metal based on technical drawings
• Check the dimensions and quality of finished parts
• Set up your workstation so the next person on the production floor can start right away

What we ask

• Minimum VMBO+ (Dutch secondary vocational level) or equivalent
• A completed technical or metalworking training, or experience in a similar production role
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with bending thin sheet metal and operating at least one of these CNC press brakes: LVD, Trumpf, SafanDarley or Amada
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, or experience doing so
• Experience programming CNC press brakes is a plus
• Dutch or English language skills

What we offer

• Salary from €3,100 to €4,200 gross per month based on a 38-hour week, depending on experience and age
• 27 days of leave based on 38 hours per week
