Production Operator

You work in a modern production environment where teamwork, quality and safety matter. With a good onboarding and support from experienced colleagues, you will quickly become a useful part of the production team.

**What you'll do**

• Operate and adjust production machines
• Set up production lines for new orders
• Check product quality and record the results
• Solve minor technical problems and carry out first-level maintenance
• Supply materials to keep production running
• Follow safety rules and keep your workstation clean
• Share ideas to improve production processes

**What we ask**

• MBO level (Dutch secondary vocational education) or equivalent, preferably in a technical field
• Experience as an operator, process operator or production operator
• Technical skills and ability to solve problems
• Available to work three shifts
• Good command of English
• Eye for quality, safety and accuracy
• Able to work on your own and in a team
• Willing to learn and develop new skills

**What we offer**

• Gross salary between €3,500 and €3,700 per month, including shift allowance and ADV (extra days off in lieu of overtime)
• 25 days of annual leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid once a year)
