About the job

As a punching and vibratory grinding operator, you are responsible for the correct production and finishing of metal parts. You operate modern machines, check quality, and respond to deviations. Your eye for detail keeps the process safe, smooth, and on track.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up punching and vibratory grinding machines
• Prepare materials, tools, and production orders
• Carry out quality checks during production
• Detect and report deviations in the product, machine, or process
• Perform simple maintenance and inspection tasks
• Record production data and quality results
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and tidy

What we ask

• MBO+ level (secondary vocational education, technical or production track) or an equivalent way of thinking
• Technical understanding of machines, tools, materials, and production processes
• Experience reading and following technical work instructions
• Accuracy and a focus on quality
• Willingness to learn and develop further
