Order Picker

About the job

You work in a logistics warehouse in Horst. You pick orders and do general warehouse tasks. If you have forklift experience, you can combine picking with forklift work.

What you'll do

• Pick orders using an electric pallet truck (EPT) and a scanner
• Check products and orders for accuracy
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping
• Move goods safely around the warehouse
• Operate a forklift if you have the right experience
• Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe

What we ask

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse work
• Experience with an electric pallet truck (EPT)
• Good physical condition and willingness to do active work
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Available for rotating day shifts: one week 07:00 to 16:00, the next week 09:00 to 18:00
• Own transport to get to Horst
• Willing to apply for a VOG (certificate of good conduct, required by Dutch employers)
• Forklift experience or a valid forklift certificate is a big plus. With that experience, the role can be 50% picking and 50% forklift work

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate of €14.99 to €16.20, depending on experience
• 32 to 40 hours per week
• Rotating day shifts: one week 07:00-16:00, the next week 09:00-18:00
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• Vakantiegeld (Dutch statutory holiday allowance) of 8%
• Travel cost reimbursement from 10 kilometres, up to €11.50 per day
