Plastic Injection Moulding Operator

About the job

We are looking for an Injection Moulding Machine Operator for a production facility in Oldenzaal. In this role you are responsible for changing over, setting up and optimising injection moulding machines and moulds. You work in a modern machine park, earn up to €3,500 gross per month and have the prospect of a permanent contract.

What you'll do

• Change over and set up injection moulding machines and moulds.
• Install, connect and fine-tune moulds.
• Run trial starts and set up new moulds.
• Check product quality and release production.
• Switch machines and materials when products change.
• Find and fix faults and malfunctions.
• Monitor product quality and the production process.
• Work with the engineering department and take part in process improvements.
• Work in a three-shift rotation on the following schedule:

Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00

Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00

Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

What we ask

• Technical understanding and knowledge of machine operation.
• Experience with setting up and changing over machines is preferred.
• Accuracy and attention to quality.
• A problem-solving approach.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a three-shift system.

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,400 to €3,500 per month, including a 30% shift allowance.
• 30% shift allowance calculated on every hour worked.
• Full-time: 38 to 40 hours per week.
• Prospect of a permanent contract.
• 25 days of annual leave and 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid once a year on top of your salary).
