Paper Machine Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you and your shift team are responsible for keeping production running smoothly. You make sure the paper machine keeps running and that products meet quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Start up the paper machine independently and monitor the process
• Check and ensure the quality of finished products
• Inspect machines and keep them in good technical condition
• Record production data accurately
• Follow company rules and health and safety regulations, and support colleagues in doing the same

What we ask

• Education or thinking level equivalent to MBO-3 (Dutch intermediate vocational education, level 3)
• A technical mindset and attention to quality
• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
• A willing attitude, curiosity and a drive to keep improving

What we offer

• Gross salary of €3,700 to €4,500 per month, including a 28% shift allowance for the 5-shift schedule
• Travel cost reimbursement
• The option to complete a team leader training within 2 years
• A 33.6-hour working week (5-shift system)
