About the job

A factory in IJlst makes materials for roofing and insulation. These products go to customers around the world. As a machine operator, you keep the production process running smoothly. You set up machines, check product quality, and step in when something goes wrong.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate production machines
• Monitor machines and oversee the production process
• Carry out visual quality checks and measurements
• Fix minor faults and do first-level maintenance
• Pack and prepare products for transport
• Keep your workspace safe and tidy, and work well with your colleagues

What we ask

• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment or as an operator
• A technical mindset and interest in machines
• Willing to work a 3-shift schedule
• Category B driving licence and your own transport to get to IJlst

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of €3,100 to €3,600, including shift allowance, depending on experience
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full time, 40 hours per week in a 3-shift schedule
