About the job

As a machine operator in Gouda, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You work with a team, keep the machines running, and make sure products meet quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines
• Spot and fix minor faults
• Check product quality
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with colleagues to keep production flowing

What we ask

• MBO (Dutch vocational education, roughly equivalent to a technical college diploma) level of thinking or education
• A technical mindset and attention to detail
• Willing to work a 3-shift schedule
• Able to work on your own and in a team
• A focus on safety and quality
