Machine Operator

Salary: €2,915 – €3,927 per month

## About the job

As a Machine Operator you are responsible for preparing, operating and monitoring one or more mixing kettles or packaging lines. Together with your colleagues you make sure the production process runs safely, efficiently and at the right quality level.

## What you'll do

• Prepare the mixing process and convert or adjust packaging lines
• Set up, operate and monitor production equipment
• Assist with production start-ups and support colleagues on the line
• Give instructions and guidance to production workers
• Check and replenish raw materials and auxiliary materials
• Flush installations and take samples according to the applicable rules
• Carry out visual quality checks
• Detect and fix minor faults and escalate more complex problems
• Perform first-level maintenance on production equipment
• Record production data and handle the related administration
• Take care of internal transport of raw materials and finished products
• Report improvement ideas and take part in continuous improvement
• Follow health, safety, environmental and internal rules

• Gross monthly salary between €2,450 and €3,300 based on 38.25 hours per week, excluding shift allowances
