About the job

You work with a large machine that welds steel wire mesh. This mesh goes to construction sites across the Netherlands. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the machine runs well and the products come out without defects.

What you'll do

• Operate the machine and monitor how it runs
• Check the quality of the steel wire mesh that comes off the machine
• Replace steel coils when they run out
• Fix small issues when something goes wrong
• Keep the machine clean and do basic maintenance

What we ask

• Interest in technology and willingness to learn, you don't need to know everything from day one
• Technical ability or experience in a technical environment
• Attention to detail and care for quality
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Following safety rules and helping your colleagues when needed

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate from €16.70
• Shift allowance on top of the hourly rate
• Travel cost reimbursement up to €9.60 per day
• 38 to 40 hour working week
• Permanent contract after a successful trial period

• Employment conditions equal to those of employees hired directly by the client, this includes not just the hourly rate but also leave days, allowances, ADV pay (time off in lieu), and other pay components
