CNC Machine Operator / Setter

About the job

As a CNC machine operator and setter, you will run and set up modern wire-forming machines. These machines produce precision technical springs. This is not a repetitive line job. You have your own machine and real input into the production process.

What you'll do

• Set up and adjust CNC production machines
• Monitor the production process and product quality
• Produce high-precision technical springs
• Fix minor machine faults and report technical problems when needed
• Carry out quality checks and measurements
• Suggest ideas to improve processes
• Keep your workspace safe and tidy
• Grow toward machine specialist through internal training

What we ask

• No previous CNC experience required, full training is provided
• A technical interest and a willingness to learn
• Experience with CNC is welcome but not required
