Level 1 Operator

About the job

As a Level 1 Operator, you combine technical skills with leadership. You keep control of the process and your team. You make sure the shift runs safely, with good quality and without disruption.

What this role gives you

What you'll do

• Lead your fellow operators on a functional level
• Operate installations and related processes independently
• Spot deviations in the process or in safety, and correct them right away
• Report technical faults and help fix them
• Keep checklists, logbooks and process documentation accurate and up to date
• Give input on process improvements
• Carry out first aid and rescue tasks within your team
• Replace the All-round Operator when absent

• Salary from €3,282.82 to €4,319.00 gross per month, excluding allowances

What we ask

You know what responsibility means. You have a clear overview, you can correct where needed, and you always work with safety and the environment in mind.

• MBO level 3 diploma in process technology, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably with chemical waste
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety protocols and protective measures
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• A first aid and rescue certificate, or willingness to obtain one
