Process Operator Salt and Chemicals - 5-shift system

About the job

As a process operator, you are responsible for a safe, stable and efficient production process. You work both in the control room and on the production floor. You monitor installations, check process parameters and make adjustments where needed. Your work keeps production running reliably and ensures the end products meet high quality standards.

What you'll do

• Monitor the automated production process, including operations such as dissolving, evaporating, crystallising, pumping, filtering and drying
• Carry out inspection rounds on the installations
• Take samples and analyse process data
• Spot deviations before they affect production
• Fix minor faults on your own
• Work with the technical department on larger maintenance jobs
• Actively contribute to improving processes in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency

What we ask

• Completed vocational education (mbo, Dutch vocational qualification) at VAPRO B, VAPRO C, AOT level or a comparable process-technical background
• Experience as an operator in the process or chemical industry is a plus
• Knowledge of automated production processes
• You work safely, think in solutions and take initiative
• Willing to work in a 5-shift system
• Good command of Dutch

• Gross monthly salary between €4,091 and €5,657, including shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 30%
