Process Operator (5-shift)

About the job

As a process operator in a 5-shift system, you make sure production runs safely and smoothly. You work with modern control systems and keep production running together with your team.

What you'll do

• Monitor and adjust the production process from the control room.
• Do inspection rounds and check the installations.
• Detect and fix small faults.
• Work with colleagues and the technical department.
• Take an active part in improving the production process.
• Keep the workplace safe and clean.

What we ask

• Completed MBO 3 (Dutch vocational education, level 3), preferably VAPRO B or equivalent.
• Several years of experience as a process operator.
• Experience with automated production processes is a plus.
• Technical thinking and a practical approach to work.
• Able to work in a team and stay calm when something breaks down.
• Willing to work in a 5-shift system.
