Process Operator

About the job

As a process operator, you are an important part of production. You work independently on your section of the process and regularly coordinate with your colleagues.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production installations
• Track progress, quality, and safety
• Carry out checks during the production process
• Adjust machines when needed
• Detect and fix minor technical faults
• Record production data
• Keep your work area clean and tidy

What we ask

• MBO-level education or equivalent work experience (MBO is a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a trade or technical diploma)
• Experience as a process operator, machine operator, or production operator
• Background in a production environment
• Willingness to work shifts
• Accurate and able to work independently
• Attention to safety, quality, and hygiene
• Experience in the food industry is a plus, but not required
