Process Operator Food Production

About the job

You work at a modern food production facility in Tilburg as a process operator in a 5-shift schedule. You make sure the production lines run safely, smoothly and efficiently. At the senior operator level, you help colleagues solve technical problems and take over operational duties when the team leader is absent.

What you'll do

• Set up, start and change over production lines
• Monitor process parameters and adjust them when needed
• Spot faults and work with the technical department to fix them
• Record production data
• Support improvement projects and take an active part in optimising the plant
• Take over operational duties when the team leader is absent

What we ask

• Experience as a process operator, senior process operator, operator or technical operator
• Technical knowledge and experience with automated production lines
• MBO level of thinking or education (MBO is a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a technical college diploma); VAPRO B or VAPRO C certificate preferred (VAPRO is a Dutch industry certification for process operators)
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Able to work independently, spot opportunities for improvement and stay calm when process deviations occur

• €3,600.00 gross per month, excluding allowances
• 28% shift allowance on top of your salary
• 22 days of annual leave and 9 extra days off for public holidays
