Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you work with the team to keep production lines running safely and without downtime. You learn the machines and production processes through a training programme, supported by an experienced mentor. The workplace is easy to reach from both Nijmegen and Oss.

What you'll do

• Start up, operate and adjust advanced production lines
• Monitor product quality, safety and production progress
• Detect, analyse and fix process disruptions
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs
• Work closely with maintenance technicians to solve technical problems
• Follow health and safety rules and current procedures
• Suggest ideas to improve the production process
• Onboard and support new colleagues
• Help keep the workplace safe, clean and organised

What we ask

• Technical education at MBO level 3 (Dutch vocational qualification) or higher
• Good English, enough to understand safety instructions
• Willing to work in a 5-shift rotation
• Technical knowledge and proven technical skills
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Able to work well both on your own and in a team

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary from €4,000 to €5,000, including a 27.50% shift allowance and an ADV allowance (extra time off in lieu of hours)
