Production Operator

About the job

As an operator in Arnhem, you are responsible for running the production process smoothly and safely. You work with modern machines and make sure that industrial packaging is produced according to the required quality standards. You spot deviations in time and prevent unnecessary downtime.

What you'll do

• You set up production machines and keep them running properly.
• You monitor the production process and respond when something is wrong.
• You change over machines at the start of a new production run.
• You fix minor technical faults yourself and prevent unnecessary downtime.
• You support the technical department with bigger breakdowns and maintenance work.
• You record production data and notes accurately in the system.
• You check the quality of the finished packaging.
• You keep your work area clean, safe, and tidy.

What we ask

• Experience in a production environment or as a machine operator.
• Enough Dutch or English to work safely.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Technical knowledge and the ability to fix minor faults on your own.
• Accuracy and attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to help colleagues.
