Production Operator

About the job

As an operator, you are an important part of the production process. You work on modern, automated production lines at a manufacturer of wet wipes for European retail chains and international companies. The client provides internal onboarding and training across different positions and lines, so you keep developing your skills.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up various machines independently
• Change over and fine-tune production lines
• Carry out quality checks
• Spot and fix deviations from standard
• Handle first-line troubleshooting
• Call in the technical team for more complex breakdowns
• Prepare production work and raw materials
• Hand over your shift clearly to the next team
• Keep safety, quality, and output at the right level
• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe

What we ask

• Technical mindset and preferably experience in a production environment
• Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
• Good command of Dutch
• Attention to detail and care for quality and safety
• Eagerness to learn and grow technically
• Calm and solution-focused approach when things go wrong
• Able to work both in a team and on your own

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary set individually based on knowledge and experience
• Shift allowance of 20% on top of the base salary
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 3-shift work schedule
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (ADV: scheduled days off as part of the Dutch working hours reduction scheme)
