Production Operator – Decorative Paving

About the job

You work in the production of decorative paving stones and ornamental surface elements. You are part of a team of 15 people. There is a real chance to move up to the role of first-level operator.

What you'll do

• Sort stones and check quality
• Spot and replace damaged stones
• Fire stones using burning equipment
• Clean production moulds
• Keep your workstation tidy and organised
• Operate machines and take part in improving the production process
• Work with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
• Follow health and safety rules and help keep the workplace safe

What we ask

• Ability to do physical work, including lifting and carrying stones
• Available to work a two-shift schedule
• Interest in machines and technical processes
• Willing to learn and grow in the role
• Experience in a production environment is a plus

What we offer

• Salary from €2,650 to €3,000 gross per month
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Full-time in a two-shift schedule (38–40 hours per week)
• Employment conditions equal to those of workers employed directly by the opdrachtgever (the client company), including the same number of leave days, allowances, ADV (reduced working hours compensation), and other pay components
• Opportunity to move up to first-level operator
